";zealously,"; ";earnestly"; : PSI VII. 742.6 (v/vi A.D.) σπουδαίως μεταδοῦναί μοι διὰ γρ [αμμάτων ?] τὸ τῆς ὑποθέσεως. The compve σπουδαιοτέρως in Philippians 2:28 is to be taken as a superlve ";with the utmost diligence"; in accordance with a common practice in late Greek : cf. Blass Gr. P. 33.
