";stick to,"; ";cleave to,"; is used metaphorically, as in Ephesians 5:31 (cf. Mark 10:7 D) quater in a vi/A.D. Will, P Oxy XVI. 1901, in which a man makes certain dispositions with regard to the wife who had been ";joined"; to him, e.g. .26 τὴν πρ ]οσκωλληθεῖσάν [μοι γυναῖκα. For the subst. προσκόλλησις see P Lond 1177.306 (A.D. 113) (= III. p. 189). Cf. s.v. κολλάω.
