Turkish scholar; flourished at Constantinople in 1600. He was the author of "Zikron ha-Sefarim," a catalogue of all the grammatical works written from the time of Judah Ḥayyuj to the time of the author, reproduced by Wolf in Hebrew and Latin in his "Bibliotheca Hebræa." The name "Hezekiah Roman" occurs in the approbation of the "Hod Malkut" of Abraham ha-Yakini (Constantinople, 1655).
