German author; lived in southern Germany at the end of the eighteenth and the beginning of the nineteenth century. He wrote "Ueber den Commerz Zwischen Seele u. Körper" (a translation from the Hebrew), Frankfort-on-the-Main, 1788; "Thanatologia, seu in Mortis Naturam," etc., Göttingen, 1795; "Anfangsgründe der Naturwissenschaft" (with illustrations), Mayence, 1801.
