Zechariah 5:7 (b) The ephah is a unit of measure. The size of it was according to GOD's command, as in Ezekiel 45:11. GOD measures and weighs every part of the earth. This weight of "lead" assures us that GOD will hold down or preserve honesty in measurements throughout the earth when His people (Israel and the church, the two women) shall be fully controlled by the Holy Spirit (the wind), and shall be established among men.
