(Patrick Francis Mullany; 1847-1893) Educator, born Killenaule, County Tipperary, Ireland; died Plattsburg, New York. He entered the Brothers of the Christian Schools, New York, taught in Albany, New York, Philadelphia, and Rockhill College, Maryland, of which he became president. Later he was professor of literature at the De La Salle Institute, New York, and lecturer at the Catholic Summer School, Plattsburg. He wrote essays on literary subjects.
