Name changed to the Prefecture Apostolic of Salisbury on July 14, 1927. Elevated to the Vicariate Apostolic of Salisbury on March 3, 1931. Elevated to the Archdiocese of Salisbury on January 1, 1955. Name changed to the archdiocese of Harare on June 25, 1982. Suffragen dioceses include
