Comments: Nimrod Fortress (also known as Nimrod Fortress and Az-Zubayba Fortress) is an archaeological site from the Middle Ages, with the remains of a large fortress that was built and fortified over the years by the Ayyubid and Mamluk armies. The fort is located at the peak of a narrow ridge at a height of about 800 meters above sea level, at the foot of Mount Hermon, about 3 kilometers southwest of the settlement of Neve Ativ, and about 1,300 meters northeast of the tributary of Nahal Sa'ar. The place is declared a national park.
