Verse 5
to the Gentiles-- Jesus first extends His announcement of the kingdom of heaven to the Jews, who were eagerly awaiting its arrival. Their eventual rejection of Jesus leads to the Gentile mission, which receives its clearest expression in the ministry of the Apostle Paul (e.g., Acts 9:15). - FSB
Samaritans -- Refers to people of mixed Israelite and foreign descent who lived in the region of Samaria (formerly the northern kingdom of Israel). See note on John 4:9.

Christians can expect family fights. Especially, Christian vs Jew, Jew vs Gentile, (Moslem vs Christian, Christian vs Hindi, etc., and even ? Christian vs Christian because of false teachers, cf Peter and Paul.).

If the world did what it did to Christ, how can Christians (his followers) expect anything less?

comes -- 1) till He comes in the kingdom, Matthew 16:28; Acts 2. 2) till He come in the destrouction of Jerusalem (AD 70) cf. v. 22
