But you that did cleave to Yahweh your God are alive every one of you this day.

Only you be careful and keep your soul diligently, or else you will forget the things which your eyes saw, and they will depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your sons and the sons of your sons;

And Yahweh spoke to you out of the midst of the fire: you heard the voice of words, but you saw no form; [you heard] only a voice.

But Yahweh has taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, out of Egypt, to be to him a people of inheritance, as at this day.

but I must die in this land, I must not go over the Jordan; but you shall go over, and possess that good land.

I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that you shall soon completely perish from off the land to where you go over the Jordan to possess it; you shall not prolong your days on it, but shall be completely destroyed.

But from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, and you shall find him, when you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Yahweh did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.

but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God: you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male slave, nor your female slave, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger that is inside your gates; that your male slave and your female slave may rest as well as you.

But as for you, you stand here by me, and I will speak to you all [of] the commandment, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

But thus you shall deal with them: you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and cut down their Asherim, and burn their graven images with fire.

but because Yahweh loves you, and because he would keep the oath which he swore to your fathers, has Yahweh brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of slaves, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

And Yahweh will take away from you all sickness; and none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which you know, he will put on you, but will lay them on all those that hate you.

But Yahweh your God will deliver them up before you, and will discomfit them with a great discomfiture, until they be destroyed.

And he humbled you, and allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you did not know, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of Yahweh does man live.

But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he that gives you power to get wealth; that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as at this day.

Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, do you go in to possess their land; but for the wickedness of these nations Yahweh your God does drive them out from before you, and that he may establish the word which Yahweh swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure, with which Yahweh was angry against you to destroy you. But Yahweh listened to me that time also.

And now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

but your eyes have seen all the great work of Yahweh which he did.
