The arrogant mock me excessively, But I don't swerve from your law.

The ropes of the wicked bind me, But I won't forget your law.

Before I was afflicted, I went astray; But now I observe your word.

Their heart is as callous as the fat, But I delight in your law.

They had almost wiped me from the eretz, But I didn't forsake your precepts.

I have seen a limit to all perfection, But your commands are boundless.

I hate double-minded men, But I love your law.

Princes have persecuted me without a cause, But my heart stands in awe of your words.

I am for shalom, But when I speak, they are for war.

<> Those who trust in the LORD are as Mount Tziyon, Which can't be moved, but remains forever.

But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The LORD will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Shalom be on Yisra'el.

But there is forgiveness with you, Therefore you are feared.

I will clothe his enemies with shame, But on himself, his crown will be resplendant."

For though the LORD is high, yet he looks after the lowly; But the proud, he knows from afar.

Even the darkness doesn't hide from you, But the night shines as the day. The darkness is like light to you.

The LORD preserves all those who love him, But all the wicked he will destroy.
