the same came to him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that you do, except God be with him.

You worship that which you don't know: we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews.

But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such does the Father seek to be his worshipers.

For in this is the saying true, One sows, and another reaps.

and they said to the woman, Now we believe, not because of your speaking: for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.

For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet has no honor in his own country.

So when he came into Galilee, the Galileans received him, having seen all the things that he did in Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went to the feast.

When he heard that Jesus came out of Judea into Galilee, he went to him, and implored [him] that he would come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.

So the Jews said to him that was cured, It is the Sabbath, and it is not lawful for you to take up your bed.

But he that was healed did not know who it was; for Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in the place.

And for this cause the Jews persecuted Jesus, because he did these things on the Sabbath.
