The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavensAnd has founded His vaulted dome over the earth;The One who calls for the waters of the seaAnd pours them out on the face of the earth;Yahweh is His name.

On the day that you stood aloof,On the day that strangers took his wealth captiveAnd foreigners entered his gateAnd cast lots for Jerusalem—You too were as one of them.

"For the day of Yahweh draws near on all the nations.As you have done, it will be done to you.Your dealings will return on your own head.
