Vine's Expository Dictionary of NT Words
lit., "in yourselves," is used with phronimos, "wise," in Romans 11:25 , "(wise) in your own conceits (i.e., opinions)."
(para, with, in the estimation of), in Romans 12:16 has the same rendering as No. 1.
