"‘Observe the Sabbath, because it is holy to you. Anyone who desecrates it is to be put to death;(y) those who do any work on that day must be cut off from their people.

The Golden Calf

When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain,(a) they gathered around Aaron and said, "Come, make us gods[a] who will go before(b) us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don't know what has happened to him."(c)

The Tent of Meeting

Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the "tent of meeting."(l) Anyone inquiring(m) of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.
