"They will be my people," says the Lord of Heaven's Armies. "On the day when I act in judgment, they will be my own special treasure. I will spare them as a father spares an obedient child.

The Lord of Heaven's Armies says, "The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all.

On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet," says the Lord of Heaven's Armies.

The law of the Lord says, "If a woman's first child is a boy, he must be dedicated to the Lord ."

Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, "I will take revenge; I will pay them back," says the Lord .

For the Scriptures say, "‘As surely as I live,' says the Lord , ‘every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to God.'"

It is written in the Scriptures: "I will speak to my own people through strange languages and through the lips of foreigners. But even then, they will not listen to me," says the Lord .

Therefore, come out from among unbelievers, and separate yourselves from them, says the Lord . Don't touch their filthy things, and I will welcome you.

And I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

He also says to the Son, "In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.

But when God found fault with the people, he said: "The day is coming, says the Lord , when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah.

This covenant will not be like the one I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and led them out of the land of Egypt. They did not remain faithful to my covenant, so I turned my back on them, says the Lord .

But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day, says the Lord : I will put my laws in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

"This is the new covenant I will make with my people on that day, says the Lord : I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds."

"I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end," says the Lord God. "I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One."

And I heard a voice from heaven saying, "Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!"

He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon!" Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
