(jih hahz' uh bad) Personal name meaning, “Yahweh bestowed.” 1. One of conspirators who killed King Joash of Judah (2 Kings 12:21 ). 2 . Porter or doorkeeper under King David (1 Chronicles 26:4 ). 3 . Military commander under King Jehoshaphat of Judah about 860 B.C. (2 Chronicles 17:18 ). See Jozabad .
