NAS – and they have no {firm} root in themselves, but are {only} temporary; then, when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they fall away.
NA26 – καὶ οὐκ ἔχουσιν (5719) ῥίζαν ἐν ἑαυτοῖς ἀλλὰ πρόσκαιροί εἰσιν· (5748) εἶτα γενομένης (5637) θλίψεως ἢ διωγμοῦ διὰ τὸν λόγον εὐθὺς σκανδαλίζονται. (5743)
WH – και ουκ εχουσιν (5719) ριζαν εν εαυτοις αλλα προσκαιροι εισιν (5719) ειτα γενομενης (5637) θλιψεως η διωγμου δια τον λογον ευθυς σκανδαλιζονται (5743)
