NAS – John's disciples and the Pharisees were fasting; and they *came and *said to Him, ""Why do John's disciples and the disciples of the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?"
NA26 – Καὶ ἦσαν (5713) οἱ μαθηταὶ Ἰωάννου καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι νηστεύοντες. (5723) καὶ ἔρχονται (5736) καὶ λέγουσιν (5719) αὐτῷ, Διὰ τί οἱ μαθηταὶ Ἰωάννου καὶ οἱ μαθηταὶ τῶν Φαρισαίων νηστεύουσιν, (5719) οἱ δὲ σοὶ μαθηταὶ οὐ νηστεύουσιν; (5719)
WH – και ησαν (5707) οι μαθηται ιωαννου και οι φαρισαιοι νηστευοντες (5723) και ερχονται (5736) και λεγουσιν (5719) αυτω δια τι οι μαθηται ιωαννου και οι μαθηται των φαρισαιων νηστευουσιν (5719) οι δε σοι [ [μαθηται] | μαθηται ] ου νηστευουσιν (5719)

NAS – And Jesus said to them, ""While the bridegroom is with them, the attendants of the bridegroom cannot fast, can they? So long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.
NA26 – καὶ εἶπεν (5627) αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς, Μὴ δύνανται (5736) οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ νυμφῶνος ἐν ᾧ ὁ νυμφίος μετ αὐτῶν ἐστιν (5748) νηστεύειν; (5721) ὅσον χρόνον ἔχουσιν (5719) τὸν νυμφίον μετ αὐτῶν οὐ δύνανται (5736) νηστεύειν· (5721)

NAS – ""But the days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast in that day.
NA26 – ἐλεύσονται (5695) δὲ ἡμέραι ὅταν ἀπαρθῇ (5686) ἀπ αὐτῶν ὁ νυμφίος, καὶ τότε νηστεύσουσιν (5692) ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ.
WH – ελευσονται (5695) δε ημεραι οταν απαρθη (5686) απ αυτων ο νυμφιος και τοτε νηστευσουσιν (5692) εν εκεινη τη ημερα
