NAS – They rejected His statutes and His covenant which He made with their fathers and His warnings with which He warned them. And they followed vanity and became vain, and {went} after the nations which surrounded them, concerning which the Lord had commanded them not to do like them.
ALE – וימאסו את חקיו ואת בריתו אשר כרת את אבותם ואת עדותיו אשר העיד בם וילכו אחרי ההבל ויהבלו ואחרי הגוים אשר סביבתם אשר צוה יהוה אתם לבלתי עשות כהם
BHS – וַיִּמְאֲס֣וּ אֶת־חֻקָּ֗יו וְאֶת־בְּרִיתֹו֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּרַ֣ת אֶת־אֲבֹותָ֔ם וְאֵת֙ עֵֽדְוֹתָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֵעִ֖יד בָּ֑ם וַיֵּ֙לְכוּ֜ אַחֲרֵ֤י הַהֶ֙בֶל֙ וַיֶּהְבָּ֔לוּ וְאַחֲרֵ֤י הַגֹּויִם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר סְבִֽיבֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֙ר צִוָּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֹתָ֔ם לְבִלְתִּ֖י עֲשֹׂ֥ות כָּהֶֽם׃
MAS – וימאסו את חקיו ואת בריתו אשׁר כרת את אבותם ואת עדותיו אשׁר העיד בם וילכו אחרי ההבל ויהבלו ואחרי הגוים אשׁר סביבתם אשׁר צוה יהוה אתם לבלתי עשׂות
WLC – וַיִּמְאֲס֣וּ אֶת־חֻקָּ֗יו וְאֶת־בְּרִיתֹו֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּרַ֣ת אֶת־אֲבֹותָ֔ם וְאֵת֙ עֵֽדְוֹתָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֵעִ֖יד בָּ֑ם וַיֵּ֙לְכוּ֜ אַחֲרֵ֤י הַהֶ֙בֶל֙ וַיֶּהְבָּ֔לוּ וְאַחֲרֵ֤י הַגֹּויִם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר סְבִֽיבֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֙ר צִוָּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֹתָ֔ם לְבִלְתִּ֖י עֲשֹׂ֥ות כָּהֶֽם׃
RAH – καὶ τὰ μαρτύρια αὐτοῦ, ὅσα διεμαρτύρατο αὐτοῖς, οὐκ ἐφύλαξαν καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ὀπίσω τῶν ματαίων καὶ ἐματαιώθησαν καὶ ὀπίσω τῶν ἐθνῶν τῶν περικύκλῳ αὐτῶν, ὧν ἐνετείλατο αὐτοῖς τοῦ μὴ ποιῆσαι κατὰ ταῦτα·
