NAS – (but if she does leave, she must remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband should not divorce his wife.
NA26 – ἐὰν δὲ καὶ χωρισθῇ, (5681) μενέτω (5720) ἄγαμος ἢ τῷ ἀνδρὶ καταλλαγήτω (5649) καὶ ἄνδρα γυναῖκα μὴ ἀφιέναι. (5721)

NAS – and {his interests} are divided. The woman who is unmarried, and the virgin, is concerned about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and spirit; but one who is married is concerned about the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
NA26 – καὶ μεμέρισται. (5769) καὶ ἡ γυνὴ ἡ ἄγαμος καὶ ἡ παρθένος μεριμνᾷ (5719) τὰ τοῦ κυρίου, ἵνα ᾖ ἁγία καὶ τῷ σώματι καὶ τῷ πνεύματι· ἡ δὲ γαμήσασα (5660) μεριμνᾷ (5719) τὰ τοῦ κόσμου, πῶς ἀρέσῃ (5661) τῷ ἀνδρί.
