II. שׁעל (√of following; Late Hebrew שׁוּעָל, שׁעל; Arabic , ; Aramaic תַּעֲלָא, all = Biblical Hebrew שׁוּעָל).
מִשְׁעוֹל m. (from the root שָׁעַל), a narrow way (Hohlweg), Numbers 22:24, מִשְׁעוֹל הַכְּרָמִים “a narrow way between (two) vineyards.”
