French Talmudist; flourished at Béziers in the twelfth century. He was the author of a casuistic work entitled "Sefer ha-Shalmon," finished by his son Samuel. Isaac b. Sheshet quotes this work in his Responsa (No. 170), but he quotes also (No. 40) a "Sefer ha-Shulḥan," the same title being given also by Azulai ("Shem ha-Gedolim," s. "Gershon").
