Jezelus
The 1901 Jewish Encyclopedia
1. Father of Sechenias, the chief of a family that returned with Ezra from captivity (I Esd. 8:32). In Ezra 8:5 he is called "Jahaziel." 2. Father of Obadiah (ABADIAS), who was also one of the chiefs on the return from captivity (I Esd. 8:35). In Ezra 8:9 he is called "Jehiel."
