Supplication of Commons
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
is a notable book published in 1546, with the full title of A Supplication of the Poor Commons to the King. It was a sort of counterpart to the Supplication of Beggars, and made complaints against the: character and conduct of the clergy, especially the monks.
