Robinson, John (4), D.D.,
an English clergyman, was graduated at Christ College, Cambridge, and was minister of Ravenstondale, Westmoreland, and master of the free grammar school there. He published, a Theological, Biblical, and Ecclesiastical Dictionary (Lond. 1815, 8vo): — The Proper Names of the Bible (ibid. 1804, 12mo): — besides a number of works for schools.
