Linde, Johann Wilhelm
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born January 24, 1760, at Thorn, and died February 16, 1840, at Dantzic, superintendent and member of consistory. He is the author of, Sententiae Jesu Siracidae (Dantzic, 1795): — Des Sohnes Sirach Sittenlehre (Leipsic, 1782, 1795): — Reinhard und Ammon, oder Predigten-Parallele; als Beitrag zur Homiletik (Konigsberg, 1800).
