Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born November 2, 1707. He studied at Halle, was in 1735 preacher at Potsdam, in 1738 at Berlin, in 1750 member of consistory, and died June 24, 1768, leaving a few ascetical works.
