Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Lat. Congussius), bishop and scribe of Armagh, succeeded Suibhne A.D. 730, and held the see for twenty years (Ware, Irish Bishops, page 4; O'Donovae, Four Masters, 1:331, 352 n, 353).
