Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Lat. Catherna), an early saint, has dedications in Scotland and Ireland. She is probably St. Catharine, the martyr of Alexandria (Forbes, Kal of Scott. Saints, p. 299).
