a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was born in Virginia, May 20, 1809. He studied law, and was licensed to practice; experienced religion in 1831; and in 1852 received license to preach, and entered the Kentucky Conference, wherein he labored until his decease, September 20, 1865.
