a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Cincinnati, O., about 1819. He joined the Church in his youth; subsequently studied medicine, and became a successful practitioner in North Indiana; but feeling impelled to enter the ministry, in 1841 he entered the Indiana Conference, in which he labored faithfully until his decease, Dec. 19, 1845.
