Beccus, or Veccus, the ‘ Romanizing patriarch of Constantinople, replied to this work. Andronicus also wrote a work in the form of a conference between the emperor and Peter, the patriarch of the Armenians, and a Treatise on the Two Natures of Jesus Christ.
