(n.) Intestine motion; heat; tumult; agitation.

(n.) A gentle internal motion of the constituent parts of a fluid; fermentation.

(v. i.) To be agitated or excited by violent emotions.

(n.) That which causes fermentation, as yeast, barm, or fermenting beer.
