Webster's Dictionary

(1):

(n.) A game at cards for two persons, with 32 cards, ranking K, Q, J, A, 10, 9, 8, 7. Five cards are dealt each player, and the 11th turned as trump. Five points constitute a game.

(2):

(n.) A game at cards, played usually by two persons, in which the players may discard any or all of the cards dealt and receive others from the pack.
