Zanoah
People's Dictionary of the Bible
Zanoah (za-nô'ah), marsh, bog. 1. A town in Judah, in the lowlands or "valley." Joshua 15:34; Nehemiah 3:13; Nehemiah 11:30. East of Beth-shemesh, at Zânûá, 14 miles west-southwest of Jerusalem. 2. A town in the highlands of Judah. Joshua 15:56. Zaʾnutah, 10 miles south-southwest of Hebron.
