Grenada
1910 New Catholic Dictionary
Former dependency of the British Empire, in the British West Indies; 133 square miles. Christianity was introduced into Grenada by the Spanish discoverers, and Dominicans and other missionaries labored here until the island passed to the British and was entrusted to secular clergy. Ecclesiastically Grenada belongs to the Archdiocese of Castries, Saint Lucia. See also:
