Bengy, Anatole de
1910 New Catholic Dictionary
(1824-1871) Jesuit martyr, born Bourges, France; died Paris, France. He was chaplain to the French soldiers in the Crimean and Franco-Prussian wars, and was martyred by the French Communists. See also: Martyrs of the Commune.
