Morrish Bible Dictionary
In Nehemiah 3:19 the word is nesheq also translated 'armour.' In Song of Solomon 4:4 it is talpiyyoth, 'armoury' or heap of swords. In Jeremiah 50:25 it is otsar , signifying 'treasury.'
