Pishon
Holman Bible Dictionary
(pi' sshahn) Name meaning, “free-flowing,” designating one of the rivers of Eden (Genesis 2:11 ). The identity of the river is unknown. Some suggest the “river” was a canal connecting the Tigris and Euphrates or another body of water, such as the Persian Gulf.
