Holman Bible Dictionary
(koh' uh) National name of unknown meaning. Ezekiel 23:23 lists the names of several nations God will bring against Israel. Koa, like Shoa, has not been identified to everyone's satisfaction. Some identify Koa with the Guti people of Babylon, but this is disputed.
