Holman Bible Dictionary
(bihg' thuh) Persian personal name possibly meaning, “gift of God.” A eunuch who served King Ahasuerus of Persia and took command to Queen Vashti to come to party (Esther 1:10 ). Bigthan (Esther 2:21 ) may be same person. See Bigthan .
