Fausset's Bible Dictionary
Numbers 21:30. Mentioned in the Amorites' triumphal song, after recounting the conquest of Heshbon from Moab. Ewald locates Nobah near Heshbon (Numbers 32:35; Numbers 32:42) and identifies Nophah with it.
