Bubale, Antilope bubalis, or Alcephalus bubalis, which should not be confounded with the bubale (water buffalo), Bos bubalus, is probably signified by the Hebrew, תְּאוֹ the'ô - Strongs: H8377, interpreted by the Douay translators, wild goat, in Deut. 14:5, and wild ox, Is. 51:20. It still exists in Israel, but was formerly much more common than now.
