Psalms 29:6 . Sirion is another name for Hermon.
Psalms 29:7 . MT makes no sense. Probably some word has fallen out and the meaning is that the thunder cleaves rocks or the like [with flames of fire].
Psalms 29:9 b. Read with a different punctuation, “ shaketh the terebinth trees.”
