Worship & the Word should be married!
(1) Isaiah rejoices at the end of the estrangement between God & His people.
Praise Him for forgiveness!
Note: There cannot be a transformed community w/o saved individuals; nor can there be a saved individual who is notincorporated into the community! {should be the same today!}
(2) This is much like the song of Moses Exodus 15:2 “The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God,and I will praise Him; My father's God, and I will exalt Him.”
Ps.118:14 “The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation.”
(3) To enter salvation is an individual experience(2), but to enjoy it is communal(3)!
