NAS – You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin.
NA26 – καὶ οἴδατε (5758) ὅτι ἐκεῖνος ἐφανερώθη (5681) ἵνα τὰς ἁμαρτίας ἄρῃ, (5661) καὶ ἁμαρτία ἐν αὐτῷ οὐκ ἔστιν. (5748)
WH – και οιδατε (5758) οτι εκεινος εφανερωθη (5681) ινα τας αμαρτιας αρη (5661) και αμαρτια εν αυτω ουκ εστιν (5719)

NAS – the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.
NA26 – ὁ ποιῶν (5723) τὴν ἁμαρτίαν ἐκ τοῦ διαβόλου ἐστίν, (5748) ὅτι ἀπ ἀρχῆς ὁ διάβολος ἁμαρτάνει. (5719) εἰς τοῦτο ἐφανερώθη (5681) ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ θεοῦ, ἵνα λύσῃ (5661) τὰ ἔργα τοῦ διαβόλου.
WH – ο ποιων (5723) την αμαρτιαν εκ του διαβολου εστιν (5719) οτι απ αρχης ο διαβολος αμαρτανει (5719) εις τουτο εφανερωθη (5681) ο υιος του θεου ινα λυση (5661) τα εργα του διαβολου
