 [עָכַס] verb denominative Pi`el shake bangles, rattle, tinkle; — Imperfect 3 feminine plural תְּעַכַּסְנָהוּבְרַגְלֵיהֶם Isaiah 3:16 and with their feet they rattle their bangles.
