";as often as,"; with ἐάν and subj., as in 1 Corinthians 11:25, Revelation 11:6, is seen in BGU IV. 1115.22 (B.C. 13) ὁσάκις ἐὰν δέῃ, P Hamb I. 37.3 (ii/A.D.) ὁσάκις ἐὰν εὕρω ἀφορμήν, γράφω σοι, and P Giss I. 12.5 (ii/A.D.) παρακαλῶ σε οὖν, τέκνον, ὁσάκις ἐὰν μέλ ̣λῃς πέμψαι, ἐντύπην (something to do with weaving?) μοι τοιαύτην πέμψον. For the construction with the ind. cf. P Oxy III. 471.52 (ii/A.D.) ὁσάκις ἠξιώθη μεταλαβεῖν ἱστιάσεως, ";whenever he was invited to join the banquet"; (Edd.).
