Nu. 88; τοὺς ἡμετέρους Ἱππέας ib. 554: Pass., ποσὶν ἐξεστραμμένοις πορευόμενοι with feet turned outwards, Arist. Phgn. 813a14; to be distorted, Gal. 7.27.

2. metaph. in pf. part. Pass., γενεὰ ἐξεστραμμένη perverse generation, LXX De. 32.20.

3. transmute base metal, Zos. Alch. p.195B.

Thayer's Expanded Definition

ἐκστρέφω: perfect passive ἐξεστραμμαι;

1. to turn or twist out, tear up (Homer, Iliad 17, 58).

2. to turn inside out, invert; tropically, to change for the worse, pervert, corrupt (Aristophanes nub. 554; the Sept. Deuteronomy 32:20): Titus 3:11.
