ἐκστρέφω,
1. turn out of, βόθρου τ' ἐξέστρεψε [δένδρον] rooted up a tree from the trench it stood in, Il. 17.58. II turn inside out, τὰ βλέφαρα Ar. Pl. 721: metaph., change or alter entirely, τοὺς τρόπους Id. Nu. 88; τοὺς ἡμετέρους Ἱππέας ib. 554: — Pass., ποσὶν ἐξεστραμμένοις πορευόμενοι with feet turned outwards, Arist. Phgn. 813a14; to be distorted, Gal. 7.27.
2. metaph. in pf. part. Pass., γενεὰ ἐξεστραμμένη perverse generation, LXX De. 32.20.

2. to turn inside out, invert; tropically, to change for the worse, pervert, corrupt (Aristophanes nub. 554; the Sept. Deuteronomy 32:20): Titus 3:11.
